A neighborhood shop, not a chain
Open on Flatbush Avenue since 2016. Two technicians, one advisor, and the habit of explaining contracts in the customer's language.
The shop was born from a simple observation: in the neighborhood, people were overpaying for plans they did not understand, and waiting three weeks for a broken screen.
We decided to handle everything at the counter. Activation, number transfer, repair, top-ups back home. One place, a price quoted before, a written warranty after.
Today most of our customers come because someone in the neighborhood sent them. That is the only metric we care about.
